Stella Maris Press is an independent Catholic publisher (and premier religious imprint of Prairie Oak Publishing) dedicated to helping readers learn about and build a deeper relationship with the One who created and redeems us.
Our mission is inspired by the ancient title of Our Lady, Stella Maris, who serves as a guiding star for souls navigating stormy waters. In a complex modern world, we publish books that act as a beacon of truth, helping readers deepen their faith, encounter Christ, and live out the Gospel with clarity and conviction.
We Are Looking For:
• Accessible Theology & Apologetics: Rigorous, faithful explanations of Catholic doctrine written for the everyday Catholic.
• Spiritual Formation & Prayer: Guides for deepening spiritual discipline, navigating interior trials, or applying Catholic Social Teaching to modern culture.
• Catholic Family & Lifestyle: Practical manuscripts on building the domestic church, Catholic parenting, and parish ministry.
To maintain strict theological fidelity, Stella Maris Press requires all accepted manuscripts to align completely with the magisterial teachings and moral values of the Catholic Church.
